Welcome to djuriva.se. These terms of service apply when you visit our website or buy products from us. By using the website, you accept the terms that apply to your use. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

By using the website, you confirm that you are entitled to enter into agreements under applicable law. If you are a minor, you may only shop with the required consent of a guardian.

3. Products and product information

We strive to present our products with accurate descriptions, images and prices. Colours and appearance may, however, be perceived differently depending on screen and settings.

We reserve the right to correct obvious typing and technical errors. If a significant error affects your order, we will contact you to find a suitable solution. We will not unilaterally change a confirmed purchase to your disadvantage.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs and other fees are shown before you complete your order.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is processed according to the payment terms shown at the time of purchase.

5. Orders and order confirmation

When you complete a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check that the details in the confirmation are correct.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product is no longer available, we will contact you and refund any amount for the part of the order that cannot be delivered.

6. Delivery

We deliver according to the delivery information stated on the website and at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you when possible. Your rights under consumer law always apply, including in the event of delays.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The withdrawal period normally starts the day after you receive the item.

We comply with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

8. Complaints and faulty products

If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to make a complaint under applicable law.

Contact us at kundservice@djuriva.se, state your order number and describe the fault. Please attach photos if it helps us handle the matter.

Complaints are handled according to applicable consumer rules. A complaint is separate from the right of withdrawal.

9. Use of the website

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, try to disrupt its operation or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

We may need to update, change or temporarily close parts of the website for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

10. Intellectual property

Content on the website, such as text, logos, graphics and design, belongs to DJURIVA or is used with permission from the respective rights holder. The content may not be copied, republished or used commercially without the required permission.

We strive to ensure that the website works correctly and that the information is up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that the website is always available or completely free from technical errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights where this is not permitted by law.

13. Disputes and applicable law

Swedish law applies to the extent applicable. Disputes are handled by the competent bodies under applicable law. You may also be able to refer a consumer dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

14. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms when our business or applicable rules change. The latest version is published on djuriva.se with the date of the latest update. Changes to the terms do not retroactively affect agreements already entered into in a way that conflicts with the law.
